Dance by Eliese Summer Dance & Baton Twirling Camps

June 14-17
Baton Twirling and Acrobatic Dance Camp
Ages 7+, Monday-Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Back by popular demand, Baton Twirling and Acrobatic Dance Camp! This camp features beginner to intermediate baton twirling lessons (outside as weather permits) as well as training in acrobatic-dance, including strengthening, flexibility, tumbling and balancing fun! With three separate levels, this camp will keep your dancer busy and send them home tired!
We have guest artists to perform and educate in other baton styles, including fire baton, knives, glow batons and rifles, as well as aerial acrobatics and rhythmic gymnastics.
Camp Registration includes camp tank top, baton rental (if a student does not have a baton of their own) and STRUT (our baton twirling performance team) audition fee. Auditions held on Friday, June 18.
*Register for the full camp by May 1 and pay an in full price of $200 (Regular Full Camp Price of $230)

6 Week Summer Intensive

Intro to Dance classes cover introductory classes in Ballet, Tap, Skills, Music Theatre, Baton Twirling, Hip Hop and Acrobatic-Dance, and are designed to help new-to-dance students try a variety of class styles before committing to a full season.

Summer of Wonder Nature Camps @ Parkside

Outdoor summer camps for 1st-6th grade. A Summer of wonder exploring the outdoors! This program will be primarily outdoors-based at Parkside Playschool and the nearby 27 acres of Gulley Park! Our experienced camp leader has fun and learning packed into every day. You can pick your weeks or sign up for the whole summer!

Local-based Virtual Camps

Shiloh Museum of Ozark History 

Registration is underway for our FREE "Art in the Trades" virtual summer history camps for kids. We’ll take a look at art in weaving, sewing, pottery, sculpting, woodworking, architecture, writing, painting, and photography, exploring the life and work of historic Ozark folks as well as members of modern-day Latinx and Marshallese communities.

Camp 1, for ages 7 to 10, takes place June 21-25 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Camp 2, for ages 11 to 14 is July 19-23 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

In order to receive a box of craft supplies, campers must be preregistered by June 4 for Camp 1 and by July 2 for Camp 2. We can mail the boxes anywhere in the U.S. or they can be picked up at the museum.

Baseball Camp at Prospects Training Academy 

Baseball camp for ages 6-14 at the 30,000 Square ft indoor training facility, Prospects Training Academy NWA in Springdale!

Camps are Mon & Tues from 10-2 in June. Cost is $150. This is an incredible indoor baseball training facility owned by former Razorback and MLB player Bubba Carpenter.

Prospects Training Academy is a premier baseball and softball training facility in Northwest Arkansas and home to the elite level NWA Prospects travel clubs. We have some of the best instructors in the area, including former college and MLB players and coaches.

We always strive to teach the game of baseball at the highest level possible to help our kids move to the highest level of baseball they can attain.
