One of the region’s premier community events returns Saturday, September 21-29, 2024 for a week-long celebration of the unique spirit found only in Northwest Arkansas.
#NWAChampionship Week offers a wide variety of events and activities at affordable prices for the whole community. They have plenty of activities for the kids as well!

5k @ the LPGA | Saturday, September 21 | 7:30 – 10am
The 5k @ the LPGA will return to the Walmart AMP on Saturday, September 21! Run for good at the 5k @ the LPGA benefitting Mercy Health Foundation! Participants can choose to run in the 5k or the 1k Fun Run, perfect for all ages.
Participants and guests are invited to the Walmart AMP's Choctaw Plaza after the race for the vendor expo.
Yoga for Kids presented by Dove | Monday, September 23 | 4:30 – 5:30 pm
Kids ages 6 to 12 are invited to participate in a FREE beginner's yoga class. The class highlights how sports and exercise can help build confidence and self-esteem in children. In addition, an LPGA player will join along and share how yoga has impacted her golf game and other areas of her life. Role models and parents are invited to participate in the class as well. Fassi's Friends Junior Clinic | Thurs, Sept 26 | 4:00-6:00 PM
Enjoy a FREE golf clinic for kids hosted by LPGA Tour Professional, Maria Fassi, during #NWAChampionship Week!
Maria Fassi, former Razorback golfer, and current LPGA Tour Professional had a vision of inclusion for kids of ALL abilities within the game of golf. With this vision, combined with a heart for kids, Fassi's Friends was formed. The program offers inclusive and adaptable clinics to youth with opportunities geared to allow any child to participate.
The Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G is thrilled to partner with Fassi's Friends Junior Clinic as part of #NWAChampionship Week. The clinic is open to kids 5-15 years of age and will include self-guided activity stations led by First Tee instructors as well as a Q&A, demonstration + autographs with Maria Fassi.

Walmart and P&G Kids Confidence Club (onsite Kid’s Center)
Learn More: Back this year, the Kids Confidence Club will feature a variety of elements to enhance the experience for families – including a golf viewing patio overlooking Hole #16 and a fully air-conditioned space for parents and children to relax while at the tournament. The Walmart and P&G Kids Confidence Club is the perfect spot to entertain the smallest tournament spectators, featuring hands-on confidence-building activities. The Confidence Club also includes healthy snacks, free seating and games, creating the perfect environment for every member of the family to enjoy! Confidence Club is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday and is free to all spectators.
Autograph Alley sponsored by Delta Dental
Make plans to meet your favorite players after their round in the Autograph Alley presented by Delta Dental. Fan giveaways will be gifted to spectators to collect autographs, compliments of Delta Dental. Autograph Alley presented by Delta Dental is located on the back patio of the Pinnacle Country Clubhouse. Open from Friday, September 27 to Sunday, September 29 to spectators of all ages!
Need a bite to eat or a place to cool off while out at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G? Check out any of the Tyson Cafes onsite for affordable meals ($3), snacks ($2) or drinks ($2/$1). Each Cafe features public seating and cooling components. Tyson Cafes can be found on Holes #3 and #15 as well as the tournament main entrance area near Holes #16, 17 and 18.
