Emotions in Nature & Wildlife: A Photography Contest
Kidz N Cameras is excited to announce the Emotions in Nature & Wildlife: A Photography Contest! This contest invites kids in grades 3–12 to capture the emotional essence of Arkansas' landscapes and wildlife. Photographers must submit their work with an artist statement explaining the emotions conveyed in the photo. The contest focuses on emotional storytelling through photography. Kids must live in Northwest Arkansas to participate. Winners will have their work displayed at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art during the award ceremony on April 25, 2025.
How to Enter:
- Who Can Participate: Kids in grades 3–12, divided into the following categories:
- Grades 3–6
- Grades 7–9
- Grades 10–12
- Theme: Emotions in Nature & Wildlife
- Submission Requirements: Submit your best photo along with an artist statement explaining the emotions conveyed in the photograph to www.kidzncameras.org/photocompetition by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Awards: First place in each grade level will receive an entry-level DSLR or mirrorless camera (valued between $450–$750). Winners will also have their work displayed at Crystal Bridges, with additional prizes for top photos!
