Trike Theatre Summer Camps

JUNE camps:

Musical Revue: Encanto- June 3-7, ages 4-7

Join the magical Madrigal family for an exciting week of musical theater. Learn songs, choreography and use your imagination to explore the story and characters. Class showcase for families on the last day of camp, June 7. 

Creative Drama: Wild Kratts- June 3-7, ages 4-7

Join our Wild Kratt Adventurers as we use our body, voice & imagination to explore the characteristics and habitats of all different kinds of wild animals. Each day we will put on our Creature Power Suits, morph into other animals & complete challenges to help the animals survive in their natural habitat. Class showcase for families on the last day of camp, June 7. 

Musical Revue: Showstoppers- June 3-7, ages 8-11

Join Trike Theatre for Musical Theater: Showstoppers!  Young performers work alongside professional musical theater actors and teachers to sharpen their singing, dancing, and acting skills. Campers of all skill levels will experience a fun and creative way to expand on self-confidence, listening, concentration, and cooperation through stage skills. A 30-minute showcase performance will be held on the last day of camp, June 7.

Creative Drama: Bluey- June 10-14, ages 4-7
If you're familiar with this fun, family, animated series you will love this camp as we will explore all things Bluey.  From the Magic Xylophone to Frozen Statues, this camp will have your young performers using their creative skills to jump into a world of imaginative play. Class showcase for families on the last day of camp, June 14.

The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood- June 10-14, ages 12-18
Push your acting skills even further in this one-week production camp where your young actor will be cast, rehearse, and perform in a short, comedic play about the world's most famous vigilante...sort of.  Final performance for families on June 14 one hour before camp ends.

Winnie the Pooh- June 17-21, ages 8-12

Has your young performer been asking how they can get onstage? Look no further. In this one-week production camp your young actor will be cast, rehearse, and perform in a short play about our favorite little bear. Final performance for families on June 21 one hour before camp ends.

Join Trike Theatre for Musical Theater: Showstoppers!  Young performers work alongside professional musical theater actors and teachers to sharpen their singing, dancing, and acting skills. Campers of all skill levels will experience a fun and creative way to expand on self-confidence, listening, concentration, and cooperation through stage skills. A 30-minute performance will be held on the last day of camp, June 21

Creative Drama: Fairy Tales- June 24-28, ages 4-7
Bears and Wolves and Mermaids. Oh my! Bring your favorite Fairy Tales to life through acting, movement and stage crafts. Class showcase for families on the last day of camp, June 28.

The Little Mermaid at Thaden School Performing Arts Center-June 24- July 5, ages 12-18

Life under the sea is better! Especially as a Triple Threat! Scale up your skills working with professional artists to perform Ariel's story for a live audience. Students must be able to attend both weeks of camp to participate in the final performance. An audition is required to enroll in this camp.

JULY camps:

Kids Musical: 3 Billy Goats Gruff- July 15-19, ages 6-8  
Tell the familiar story of the 3 Billy Goats in this 1-week musical theater camp that includes singing, dancing, acting, and stage crafts. Showcase performance for families on the last day of camp, July 19.

Creative Drama: Trike School of Magic- July 22-26, ages 8-10

Grab your hat and broom and join us at the prestigious Trike School of the Magical Arts! This half-day in-person adventure camp focuses on team-building, games, and stage crafts. Students will have the opportunity to create wands, learn spells, brew potions, and more! Students begin the week with a House-Sorting ceremony and get to know their housemates. Then the fun really takes flight as students work together to earn House Points and a chance to take home the House Cup at the camp closing ceremony. This camp will be held at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.

The Importance of Being Earnest- July 29-Aug 2, ages 12-18

Does your young actor feel confident performing onstage? Have them show us what they've got in this advanced acting camp where we will rehearse and perform one of the most famous British comedies of all time! Final performance for families on Aug 2 one hour before camp ends. No audition necessary to enroll.
